Jackman & Co. is a neighborhood gastropub with a Midwestern point of view, built on hospitality and a focus on craft. The space brings together the comfort of a tavern and the detail of a chef-driven kitchen, where familiar flavors meet global influence.

The menu draws from British comfort, Indian spice, and French technique, all grounded in regional ingredients and scratch cooking. The bar sits at the center, with a rotating draft list, classic cocktails, and wines selected to pair easily with the food.

In 1917, Glenview resident and steel magnate Edwin Stanton Jackman commissioned a public fountain as a gift to the town’s children. At its center stood a bear, a symbol of strength and care that quickly became a beloved part of the community. Over time, the fountain moved throughout Glenview before finding its permanent home in Jackman Park, where the bear still stands today.

Jackman & Co. is named in honor of that legacy. Just as the fountain served as a place for people to gather, we've created a space rooted in community, connection, and hospitality, values that have been part of Glenview for over a century.
